UN proposes Green Zone-style base in Somalia (AP)

UN envoy to Somalia Ahmedou Ould-Abdullah said in Nairobi, Kenya, Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009 that the U.N. plans to move its Kenya-based operations to neighboring Somalia but he gave no time frame. He says the move could involve creating a Baghdad-style 'Green Zone.'
